Featuring a sweeping terrace, Nautilus Cabana Club‘s $65 per person Christmas Eve Elegant Buffet will be served from 6pm-11pm. The sprawling holiday feast will feature a welcome glass of Champagne and Appetizers and Salads such as Seafood Ceviche, Oysters, Faro and Barley Salad, Tomato and Mozzarella, Kale Salad, Roasted Beet Salad and Orzo and Sundried Tomato Salad, Mezze & Antipasto of Humus Dip, Eggplant Dip, Tzatziki, Pickled Vegetables, Roasted Sweet Peppers, Cold Cuts, Assorted Cheese and Pita and Artisan Breads, a Carving Station with a Roasted Whole Pig seasoned with onion mojo, Atlantic Salmon with brown butter sauce and Prime Rib with roasted garlic and rosemary au jus, and Lamb, and Desserts Station with Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake, Dark Chocolate Walnut Caramel Pie, Cranberry & Blueberry Tart, Tres Leches, Tiramisu and Assorted Mini Fruit Tarts.

Transformed into a magical winter wonderland, Villa Azur shows its Christmas spirit with full décor of garlands, Christmas lights, a Christmas tree with presents underneath at the entrance welcoming guest with a huge Santa Claus, and most importantly a familial feast perfectly prepared by Chef Philippe Ruiz at Villa Azur. Menu specials details to follow shortly.

DÔA’s Executive Chef Carlos Estarita woos guests with his Christmas specials menu, which include the Japanese Wagyu with 55 Score 11 and truffle ponzu, Wagyu Tiradito with sweet plantain, ginger soy butter and fresh truffle, Gagyu Nigiri with truffle soy and wasabi, Grilled Oysters with uni butter, lemon and togarashi, Raw Oysters topped with ginger soy and rocoto daikon, Stone Crab with ponzu mustard, Japanese Uni Gunkan with Hokkaido and sea urchin, and Nehi Toro Maki with fatty tuna, scallions and ponzu.

Christmas Brunch

Santa Claus makes an appearance at Forte dei Marmi‘s Sunday Brunch, welcoming guests and children to the Italian eatery.  The $85 pre-fixe menu gets a Christmas twist with offerings of Bronze Table Antipasti Bar with Marinated Artichokes, Stuffed Zucchini, Stuffed Red Peppers, Stuffed Red Tomatoes, Italian Caracheters: prosiutto, mortadella, bresaola and salami station, Selection of Cheeses, Eggplant Parmesan, Organic Farmed Lettuces with selection of house dressing, Mediterranean Style Grilled Organic Vegetables, Heirloom Tomato & Basil Salad and Homemade Bread Experience; entrées such as Foie Gras Torchon with Fire Roasted Sourdough Bread and Mandarin Chutney, Linguine “alla Nerano”with zucchini and parmesan, Risotto Red Beets and gorgonzola blue cheese and 24 karat gold lazed leaves, Lamb with artichokes and hazelnuts or Branzino Filet with legumes soup, crispy bread and sundried tomatoes; and desserts of House made “Panettone”, Bitter Chocolate “Zabaglione” and the Grand Christmas Dessert Selection.

Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Lunch

Two Michelin Starred Chef Antonio Mellino delivers a holly jolly Christmas featuring Antipasti such as the Foie Gras Torchon with fire roasted sourdough bread and mandarin chutney, Roasted Scallops with cauliflower puree and black olives, Primi options of Organic Buckwheat “Scialatielli” Seafood with cherry tomatoes and capers or Risotto Red Beets and gorgonzola blue cheese and 24 karat gold lazed leaves, Mains options of Lamb with artichokes and hazelnuts or Branzino Filet with legumes soup, crispy bread and sundried tomatoes, and a sweet finale with House made “Panettone”, Bitter Chocolate “Zabaglione” and the Grand Christmas Dessert Selection.

The Christmas specials dinner menu will be available on December 24 for dinner at 6:30 – 11:30pm and on Monday, December 25 from 11:30am – 2:30pm.

FAENA MIAMI BEACH

Eat, drink, and be merry this holiday season by joining Faena on an epicurean adventure for Christmas.

Spend the holidays dining at one of Faena’s three celebrated restaurants, enjoying Argentine-inflected fare at Los Fuegos and Casa Faena or Asian-fusion cuisine from Pao by Paul Qui.

At Francis Mallmann‘s Los Fuegos, the holidays heat up with an eclectic asado menu.  On Christmas Day, enjoy a special holiday asado buffet with beef or pecorino empanada appetizers, fall-off-the-bone slow-cooked short ribs, and a long list of desserts, from gingerbread  éclairs to a traditional yule log. Those arriving for dinner can choose between an a la carte menu featuring beef tartare, smoked prawns, and wagyu strip steak, and a special prix fixe tasting menu  comprised of Florida stone crab milanesa, gnocchi soufflé with shaved black truffle, a slow-cooked ribeye and a roasted pineapple yule log.

At Pao, guests can enjoy sumptuous holiday fare on Christmas night. Both a limited a la carte menu and special prix fixe tasting menu will be served, including rabbit adobo, milk bread crusted fluke, aged pekin duck, and a frozen yule log.

Guests of Casa Faena can similarly celebrate in style as the restaurant rolls out its Nochebuena menu on December 24th and Christmas Dinner menu on December 25th, offering roasted vegetable empanadas, Ecuadorian style ceviche, and grilled skirt steak, as well as decadent desserts like key lime pie and dulce de leche crème brûlée.

The Miami Beach authentic Italian restaurant will take guests on a culinary journey to the Bologna region this Christmas with a six-course menu at $70 per guest. The menu includes an array of aged prosciuttoTortellini in Capon brothTagliatelle with wild boar raguRabbit in Lambrusco wine with  tropia onions in balsamic vinegar, Pumpkin Pie with Castelmagno cheese and a Traditional Italian Scarpato Panettone with a Lambrusco eggnog.
