Lure Fishbar Celebrates National Bourbon Month With Pairing Dinner

Miami Beach’s award-winning seafood hot spot, Lure Fishbar, is celebrating National Bourbon Month with a one-night-only pairing dinner on Tuesday, September 29 at 7PM. Executive Chef John Iatrellis has created an extravagant six-course menu of seasonal specialties to be perfectly paired with bourbons, revealed night-of, by Bar Director Rob Ferrara. Bourbon lovers and food enthusiasts alike will enjoy the following menu, priced at $95 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).

Lobster Stuffed Squash Blossoms

Florida Lobster, Grilled Pomelo, Ricotta, Bourbon-Lavender Honey, Tarragon-Greek Yogurt, Confit of Lemon

Raw Bar Platter

Variety of Dressed Oysters with Bourbon Granita & Apple Bourbon Mignonette, Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Cocktail

Soy Dashi Broth, Yuzu-Bourbon Spheres, Cucumber, Shiso

Bourbon Glazed Black Grouper

Forbidden Rice, Oyster Mushrooms, Kale

Braised Short Rib

Bourbon Demi, Artichoke Purée, Crispy Prosciutto, Onion Ring

Warm Sticky “Icky” Bun
