Cantina La Veinte Celebrated Its One Year Anniversary with Over 500 VIP Celebrities, Dignitaries and Socialites

This week, over 500 VIP guests gathered at Cantina La Veinte – Brickell’s most upscale Mexican waterfront restaurant & bar, to celebrate its one-year anniversary. The 450-seat indoor/outdoor venue, which opened its doors last summer, is owned and operated by Cinbersol Group, a leading Mexico City-based hospitality group with more than 30 restaurant and lounge concepts throughout Mexico.

Every table and inch of space was filled with big name celebrities, socialites, Mexican dignitaries, and foodies alike. Alberto Cinta – CEO & Co-Founder of Cinbersol Group flew in from Mexico for this special soiree, and mingled with guests throughout the night.

In honor of the festive occasion, an animated live mariachi band entertained the crowds, keeping them moving and shaking all night long. Famed invitees walked the red carpet and posed for photo opps throughout the night, including Rosita Hurtado – Bolivian Fashion Designer (Bolivia), Humberto El Gato – Radio and Tv Host I -95 FM SBS Ent. & Hola!TV (Colombia), Sergio Vallin Mana – Singer (Mexico), Karent Sierra – Real Housewife of Miami, Scarlet Ortis – Actress (Vzla), Mimi Lazo – Actress. (Vzla), Periko y Jessi Leon – Singers/Latin Grammy Nominees (Peru), Ricky y Mau Montaner – Singers, Adriana Martin Fit (Univision),  Orlando Segura (Univision), Jessica Cerezo (Telemundo), Georgina Palacio (Telemundo), Alexandra Olavarria (Telemundo), Wanda Disidoro (Telemundo).

Guests of Cantina experienced an eclectic menu of traditional Mexican cuisine, thanks to Cantina’s Executive Chef, Santiago Gomez and Deli Chef, Omar Montero. An assortment of signature light bites were passed throughout the evening, including Aguachile de Palmito, Aguachile de Pulpo, Gorditas , Panuchos, Sopes con Pollo , Ceviche de Atun, Dobladitas de Jaiba, and Tostadas de Atun. Sweet treats included Esferas de Mango and tasty Churros. Guests imbibed on expertly crafted cocktails and loved Cantina’s innovative twist on the traditional margarita.
