Chef José Mendín joins Faena Hotel Miami Beach’s Chef Collective Series on January 25th at 7PM, serving up a “Food of the Islands” feast.
Shake off the winter chill with an island-style culinary celebration as part of Faena’s monthly series, Chef Collective. This popular culinary event will kick off the New Year with a collaboration between Chef Paul Qui of Pao restaurant and Chef José Mendín, founding partner and chef of the Pubbelly Restaurant Group.
