Fall In Love with Oltremare’s New Menu

Oltremare Ristorante, Amara Cay Resort’s Italian infused restaurant with a tropical twist, is launching a new prix-fixe dinner menu in honor of Fall. Dubbed “Fall in Love with Oltremare,” the three-course dinner priced at only $34 per person includes one appetizer, one entrée and one dessert.

Complete with the restaurant’s signature dishes, the aptly named menu gives guests a taste of Oltermare’s best in show. Diners can choose from first course options such as Polpette, meatballs with triple the cheese, two meats and one sauce; or Eggplant Rollatini, baked with six varieties of cheese and sauce.

Main course selections include Spaghetti & Heirloom Tomato tossed with garlic, basil and Sicilian olive oil; Fettuccine Carbonara, sprinkled with black pepper and topped with Guanciale, pecorino and egg yolk; or the Lasagnette Bolognese, made with San Marzano tomatoes, basil and reggiano.

Sweeten the deal with a choice of Zeppoli, deep-fried and filled with Nutella; Tiramisu, with amaretto cookies; or a Bread Pudding A La Mode.

Oltremare blends the rich coastal flavors of Italy with the fresh seafood delights of the Florida Keys. The restaurant balances a picturesque ambiance perfect for date night and an eclectic menu for culinary adventurers. Their limited time prix-fixe menu will be offered everyday for dinner between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. until November 1^st. Complimentary parking available.
