El Churrasco, Brickell’s newest Argentine restaurant and wine bar, adds South American flavor to the culinary scene with its sizzling premium steaks, steaming cups of coffee and imported signature wines.

Tucked inside the Four Ambassadors Building, the Argentine gem offers an array of international ingredients, including pasture-raised, grass fed Premium Aberdeen Angus beef sourced from Argentina, an expansive wine collection from the Gil family vineyards in Rioja, Spain, and its signature Colombian coffee, Café Regina. Guests can indulge in signature dishes like the Steak Tartar, Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp with garlic, brandy and guidilla peppers in olive oil), Chateaubriand, Bife de Chorizo, Risotto al Champagne and Caramelized Argentinian Dulce de Leche Crepe, while enjoying sweeping views of Biscayne Bay.
